We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), or any government agency — including FMCSA's own "Motus" registration system, which is a separate, official government platform. Any USDOT filing can be completed directly and free of charge through the FMCSA. Our fees cover our preparation, review, and filing services.
We assist customers with FMCSA-related filings and compliance services, including but not limited to MCS-150 biennial updates, UCR registration, BOC-3 filings, drug and alcohol consortium enrollment, Clearinghouse registration, new carrier registration, driver qualification file setup, and USDOT deactivation filings.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information when placing an order. We are not responsible for filing errors, delays, or rejections that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
Service fees are as listed on our website at the time of your order, and are separate from any government filing fees, which are paid directly to the relevant agency. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
